The Club EverStrong longevity assessment takes around three hours and produces roughly forty measurements across six systems: aerobic engine, strength and power, recovery and resilience, movement and balance, body composition and metabolism, and bloodwork.

It measures estimated VO2, heart rate recovery, peak power, grip strength, Y-balance, sit-to-rise, phase angle, skeletal muscle index, visceral fat and resting metabolic rate, alongside a full blood panel. It produces two numbers: your EverStrong Age, an estimate of how old your body is running, and your EverStrong Score out of 100. Results come as a printed twelve-page report and a booked consultation where a qualified person reads it back to you in person.
