Abin Binoy is a strength and conditioning coach and national level judo athlete who specialises in endurance and mobility. Stevo B Leo is a strength and conditioning coach and powerlifter. Lavanya coaches strength training and functional fitness, and works best with beginners, women and busy professionals. Ann Mary, our newest coach, specialises in dynamic movement, functional strength and athletic mobility, and is especially good for beginners and intermediates.
