The Simulator isn't a race you need to be ready for. It's 8 stations, fully coached, timed to the second — so you know exactly where your minutes are being lost before race day. Whether you're 6 weeks out or just curious what your body can do, you'll leave with a split sheet, a race plan, and a clear picture of what to fix first.
