Club EverStrong is a semi-private training and recovery studio at 212 Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bangalore 560103. Sixteen members train at a time with four coaches on the floor, which is a one to four ratio rather than a class with an instructor at the front. Every session is programmed and reviewed before it runs, and every class shows live heart rate on the screens against zone targets taken from your own assessment rather than a formula off your age.Every membership includes a blood panel, a longevity consultation and a full physical assessment across six systems, with a retest on a fixed cadence. The recovery floor runs infrared sauna, ice plunge and red light therapy, scheduled into your week and guided by a coach. Classes run mornings and evenings Monday to Saturday and Sunday mornings.
