Between them, our coaches have taken 50+ women through their very first ice plunge. Not one of them was thrown in, rushed, or timed.

And no, this is not five minutes in cold water. It is a proper two hour workshop. You can get out of the water whenever you want. Nobody is holding a stopwatch, and getting out early is not failing.

Your Saturday, hour by hour

10:50 · Arrive Come 10 minutes early. Your coach meets you at reception, shows you where to change, and walks you through the whole morning before anything begins.

11:00 · Welcome circle (15 min) Meet your coaches and the other women plunging with you. Everyone shares why they came. Most of the room has never done this before, and you will hear that out loud.
